缅因州州务卿认证，美国文件中国使用

美国文件中国使用，办理缅因州州务卿认证，递交中国驻美国的各地方领事馆只能使用“ Certificate of Authentication”。不能办理州务卿的海牙认证，Apostille 又称“海牙认证”。因为中国领事馆目前不属于“海牙认证的条约国”，所以大家办理的时候请注意文件使用目的地国是否是海牙公约国。
